After 12 successful years, the Grafenwöhr town hall is currently being completely redesigned and we are looking for a new tenant on behalf of the customer  May 2022

Furnishing:

The city hall is located in the center of the city of Grafenwöhr with sufficient parking spaces in the vicinity of the hall. In addition to the dining room, the kitchen will also be completely refurbished. The cold rooms are located on the ground floor of the kitchen and the sink area is planned to be separate from the kitchen and with a direct hatch to the counter. During the redesign, the outside area is also very nicely redesigned, including a fountain and greenery. There is plenty of space here for outdoor dining.

Location:

Grafenwöhr is a town in the Upper Palatinate district of Neustadt an der Waldnaab. The municipality with the largest area in northern Bavaria is known nationwide for its Grafenwöhr military training area. Grafenwöhr itself has 6,500 inhabitants. Over 10,000 American soldiers are stationed at the Grafenwoehr base and around 30,000 Americans live in the vicinity of the city.

The new tenant is allowed to have a say in the design of the guest room but also in the kitchen equipment. Around 17-20 events are carried out by the community in the hall / foyer, where catering is to be provided by the restaurant. In addition, the US Army holds regular farewell ceremonies for officers, during which the foyer can also be used. The new tenant must be an experienced restaurateur who can also receive and entertain international guests accordingly. The previous leaseholder (with Mexican cuisine) was very successful on the property for 12 years. A unique opportunity in a highly attractive location.
