The riding stable is located at the gates of Bad Füssing. The entire property consisting of riding stables, holiday apartments and gastronomy is nestled in idyllic nature. The restaurant has been modernized and renovated in recent years. The guest room was designed to be brighter and more modern, without giving up the character of the Bavarian restaurant. All appliances, kitchen, cold rooms, etc. have been serviced and are in perfect condition.  The beautiful sun terrace with up to 120 seats invites you to linger. 

 

The property has not been managed for the last three years due to the pandemic and renovation. Before that, a very successful operator was a leaseholder at the stables for over 25 years.  We are looking for an experienced restaurateur with a good middle-class, local Bavarian or Italian cuisine orientation. A leaseholder's apartment that has been completely redesigned is included.

Bad Füssing (until 1969 Füssing) is a municipality in the Lower Bavarian district of Passau and a spa town in the Lower Bavarian spa triangle. The Fuessing thermal spa is the economic center of the Bad Füssing community, which was formed in 1971 from the communities of Safferstetten, Egglfing am Inn, Würding and Aigen. The special combination of the effects of the legendary medicinal water, the many opportunities to be active, to recharge your batteries, or simply to relax and unwind are the total package that 335,000 overnight guests and more than 1.6 million day visitors come to Bad Fussing is moving. More than 90 percent of vacationers are regulars.

The horse farm is just a few meters from the Inn (and thus the border with Austria) and along the Kölßlarner Bach. A bike & hiking trail that is illuminated at night leads right past.

  • Monthly rent: €1,700 (including leaseholder apartment)*plus VAT.

  • from the 3rd year: €1,700  + 1.5% revenue share

  • no fee for inventory

  • Start - possible from May 1st

  • Lease for 5 years with an option to extend

  • Monthly operating costs in advance: €700
