Marea

The Marea restaurant is integrated as an important part of one of the most modern multifunctional sports facilities in Germany. More than 200,000 guests come to the sports facility every year. But the location is not just a sports facility, many events also take place here. Concerts in the outdoor area, but also company celebrations and of course sporting events. The catering business is very important.

The location:

Nußloch is about 10 km south of Heidelberg. Here the four large landscape units of the Kraichgau, the Odenwald, the Rhine plain and the southern mountain road merge into a diverse, almost unique natural area. The municipality belongs to the Rhein-Neckar-Kreis and to the "Unterer Neckar" region. The difference in altitude ranges from 103 m in the Lichtenau to 317 m on the Hirschberg. The Leimbach flows through the district.

• Lease: 2,500 € / month plus the statutory VAT (currently 19%)

• Flat-rate additional costs are 1,200 € / month plus the statutory VAT

• If desired, the contract with SKY, DAZN or others will be taken over by the tenant
