The Bärn-Stub'n is idyllically located in the middle of the Unternberg ski area, directly near Ruhpolding.  The region and especially the Unternberg are a highly frequented tourist destination.  But not only in winter, also in summer hikers and mountain bikers are attracted to the region.  The highly acclaimed Bavarian cuisine of the Bärn-Stub'n and the panoramic view attracts all skiers, hikers and mountain bikers.  In 2022, another mountain bike trail is to be opened directly at the Bärn-Stub'n, the ski lift is also being rebuilt and no longer ends right next to the Bärn-Stub'n but about 150m away, which significantly reduces the noise from the lift will reduce. The location: 

At 147.84 square kilometers, Ruhpolding is the largest in terms of area  Community  in the  upper bavarian  District of Traunstein . The one of the same name  main place  lies in the Ruhpolding valley basin – the Miesenbach valley – the  Chiemgau Alps . Ruhpolding is a nationally known spa and tourist resort and the seat of the municipal administration. Ruhpolding offers a lot of attractions for visitors.  In addition to the well-known ski slopes and corresponding biathlon events, there is a large amusement park, a summer toboggan run, an ice rink and with the Vita Alpina also a well-known thermal bath. The proximity to the A8 - which is 15 minutes away - also attracts many skiers from nearby towns such as Traunstein, Salzburg and Munich.  

The restaurant:

The Bärn-Stub'n can accommodate up to 100 people in the guest room and up to 70 guests on the beautiful sun terrace.  The guest room was completely redesigned a few years ago and the guest toilet is currently being completely rebuilt. Completion will be here in June 2022. The roof has also just been re-covered (April 2022). The kitchen is fully equipped and functional.  An electric sliding door leads to the guest room and the bar.  A chilled salad buffet was purchased specifically to relieve the service and the kitchen. There is also a wood-burning stove in the guest room, which not only creates an idyllic atmosphere but also saves heating costs:

A valuation is available and also a forward-looking business plan based on the balance sheets for 2019 & 2020, as well as the BWA 2021 of ongoing operations.  These will be made available upon verified interest.
