The Bärn-Stub'n is idyllically located in the middle of the Unternberg ski area, directly near Ruhpolding. The region and especially the Unternberg are a highly frequented tourist destination. The Bärn-Stub'n can accommodate up to 100 people in the guest room and up to 70 guests on the beautiful sun terrace. The guest room was completely redesigned a few years ago and the guest toilet is currently being completely rebuilt. Completion will be here in June 2022. The roof has also just been re-covered (April 2022). The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. An electric sliding door leads to the guest room and the bar. A chilled salad buffet was purchased specifically to relieve the service and the kitchen. There is also a wood-burning stove in the guest room, which not only creates an idyllic atmosphere but also saves heating costs:
